Butterfly Trail WIP

So after a sleepless night, I'm early for an update, YAR! lots to fix here, as you can see. I may redo it, tweak it, or start on a new painting. I have learned much from this piece despite its unrefined state.

Wow.

Keep at it, this is awesome.

Try to push the brightness, warmth, and allure of the light while make the darkness in the back look gloomier.

I really like how this is turning out.

Been meaning to comment on this one. I really like it, esp. the concept. The houses in the distance and the small path w/ butterflies feels so narrative-esque. Like, a unique but lovely setting.

The person's clothes are a little strange with the ripping in all...but I'll just assume she's poor and not that the butterflies are trying to rape her or something...lol =p

As usual, you rocked the colours. I could eat it all up.

Al - thanks! good point, I tried to do so in the final version but I think I could have taken it further.

Rei - thanks rei <3 your comment means a lot! I wish I can harvest color and we can all snack on it =)
