The anatomy is incomplete, and the colors make my eyes bleed. But, this assignment was really good for me in terms of getting comfortable with the program.
(Ok I lie. HARDCORE STRUGGLES! >_< ZORZ!)
We had only basic shapes and a limited set of tools/modifiers (bend, twist, rotate, scale, etc) to model a character and a piece of their environment. I'm struggling with learning 3D, and can only hope that I will get the hang of it soon. Some of my classmates came up with really amazing pieces, which is inspiring for me.
I hope in a few months I can look back at this post (laugh at my n00bness) and see my progress =)

that's pretty good for your first model thea.. Pretty ambitious to do characters!
when I saw this it reminded me of something I wanted to model but I was too scared I wouldn't be able to do it....
I wanted to do a 3 layer model all the organs inside the human, the entire skeleton, and all the muscles ontop of the skeleton.
Goodjob! Keep up the ambition and u will be super good soon!
I think it's really good. I'm really impressed. It'll get better and get easier! You'll see!
I've revised a lot of things since the last story board I sent you. I was partically asleep when I was writing that story board. I blame the mistakes in it on that. And needing to think things through more.
Andrew - thanks for the comment! I have left one for you on your blog =) I hope to be super good! one day... ^^
Izzy - thanks *hugs* =D I hope it gets easier too! and no worries about the story!
